First-year students of preschool and early school pedagogy took part in a meeting with educators working in educational institutions with Polish as the language of instruction. The guests were graduates of the Master's program in Education Management at the Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius – Sabina Lachowicz and Alina Ewelina Kieżun.
The experienced practitioners shared their reflections on the work of a pedagogue, sources of professional motivation, and modern teaching methods used in working with the youngest students.
