From 16 to 20 June, three administrative staff members of the Branch of the University of Bialystok in Vilnius visited Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University. One of the participants took part in a Staff Training (STT) mobility as part of the Erasmus+ programme, while the other two accompanied her as representatives of the University.
The aim of the visit was to develop professional skills, exchange experiences and gain a better understanding of the work of academic administration. During their stay, the participants met with staff members of the host university, sharing good practices and ideas related to the organisation of work at both institutions. The visit provided an opportunity not only to develop professional competences, but also to establish valuable professional contacts that may lead to further international cooperation.
In addition, representatives of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University invited staff members of the Branch of the University of Bialystok in Vilnius to participate in an academic conference scheduled for autumn 2025.
