One of the activities of the Branch of the University of Bialystok in Vilnius is developing cooperation with schools where Polish is the language of instruction in the Vilnius Region. Such cooperation can take various forms and bring benefits to both the University and educational institutions.
The Branch organises lectures, information meetings, participation in educational fairs, open days and competitions for school students. These activities provide an opportunity to learn more about the University's educational offer and further study opportunities.
Cooperation also includes the possibility for students of Preschool and Early School Pedagogy to complete internships at schools. Internships allow students to gain practical experience, while schools have an opportunity to cooperate with future teachers.
Schools can also benefit from the “UwB dla szkół” programme offered by the University of Bialystok. It includes lectures, workshops, educational activities and other forms of cooperation with schools.
