From 29 June to 3 July, Dr Regina Lašakevič, Vice-Dean of the Branch of the University of Bialystok in Vilnius, took part in a staff mobility visit to Riga as part of the Erasmus+ programme for higher education staff. The visit took place at the Baltic International Academy and was organised as Staff Training (STT) for staff members of the University of Bialystok.
The training visit was part of a project aimed at developing the skills and qualifications necessary for professional work. It also provided an opportunity to exchange experiences and expand knowledge in the field of academic and administrative activities. Initiatives of this kind play an important role in the professional development of university staff, enabling them to gain new competences and establish international contacts.
