On September 8, a working visit of the President of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, took place in Vilnius. During the visit, representatives of the Polish community in Lithuania had the opportunity to meet with the head of state.
Dr. Elżbieta Majewska, Vice-Dean for Student Affairs and Teaching at the Branch of the University of Białystok in Vilnius, also took part in the meeting with the President.
