On December 6th, 2024, the International Student Scientific Seminar "Youth in Europe" took place at the Branch of the University of Białystok in Vilnius. The seminar was organized by the Robert Schuman Scientific Circle of European Studies Students, in cooperation with the European Law and Human Rights Scientific Circle (Faculty of Law, UwB).
During the seminar, many important and interesting topics were discussed, such as the decreasing number of young people in EU member states, the phenomenon of extremism among youth, EU support for youth employment and entrepreneurship, as well as EU initiatives for youth (such as Erasmus, European Year of Youth, European Youth Week, European Capital of Youth, DiscoverEU, EU Youth Dialogue, and the EU Youth Test).
The seminar was an excellent opportunity for mutual understanding, a platform for gaining knowledge and exchanging views.
