From November 19th to 23rd, the Dean of the Branch of the University of Białystok in Vilnius, Dr. Hab. Urszula Wróblewska, in collaboration with the Deputy Mayor of the Vilnius District Municipality, Edyta Tamošiūnaitė, and Dr. hab. Marta Kowalczuk-Walendziak, Vice-Dean for Science and Internationalization, organized a study visit to the Faculty of Education Sciences at the University of Białystok.

The delegation included scholars from Mykolas Romeris University—Prof. Dr. Romas Prakapas, Prof. Dr. Asta Railienė, and Prof. Dr. Violeta Jegelevičienė—as well as 26 school and kindergarten directors and deputy directors from the Vilnius region.

The visit aimed to introduce participants to the Polish education system. The program included:

• A meeting with the Faculty Board, where prospects for further collaboration were discussed.
• Lectures, such as:
• Dr. hab. Bożena Tołwińska: "Supporting Teachers’ Development as a Key Responsibility of School Directors".
• Dr. Agnieszka Suplicka: "Activities of the Civic Work League of Women in the Interwar Period".
• Dr. hab. Marta Kowalczuk-Walendziak: "Trends in Education".
• Visits to educational institutions, including:
• I Społeczne Liceum Ogólnokształcące (First Social Secondary School) in Białystok,
• Non-Public Primary School “Mozaika”,
• Infotech Schools,
• Public Kindergarten No. 22 in Białystok,
• Forest School and Kindergarten “Puszczyk”,
• Public Nursery in Sobolewo.
• Workshops at the Śledziński Gallery in Białystok (5 Wiktorii Street).
