First-year students of Pre-school and Early Childhood Education at the UwB Branch in Vilnius have the opportunity to attend classes in "Developmental Psychology", taught by Prof. dr hab. Anna Izabela Brzezińska from the Faculty of Psychology and Cognitive Science at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
Professor Anna Izabela Brzezińska specialises in human developmental psychology — from childhood, through adolescence and adulthood, to old age. Her research also covers educational psychology, including the care of young children, pre-school and early childhood education, as well as the education of older adults, with particular emphasis on digital education and social activation.
Her areas of interest also include public health issues such as delayed adulthood, the ageing process, disability, and social exclusion.
