On 11 May, the Branch of the University of Białystok in Vilnius hosted a meeting with psychologist Ewa Giliauskienė entitled "It's Not Always Easy: On Relationships, Crises and Emotions at School".
The event was organised as part of the 22nd Podlasie Festival of Science and Art, held this year under the theme "Science is the continuous discovery of reality" – Albert Einstein.
The meeting addressed issues related to relationships within the school environment, supporting children in crisis situations, classroom conflicts, as well as teacher overload and the risk of professional burnout. Participants had the opportunity to look at these challenges from the practical perspective of working in education.
