On May 13, the Computer Science Competition for students in grades IX–XII was held at the Branch of the University of Białystok in Vilnius, organized as part of the 22nd Podlasie Festival of Science and Art, which this year took place under the motto: "Science is the continuous discovery of reality" – Albert Einstein.
The aim of the competition was to develop interest in computer science and to show that computer science is not only entertainment, but above all a key field of knowledge and a forward-looking direction of development. The event was addressed to students of schools in Vilnius and the Vilnius region teaching in the Polish language. The event also aimed to inspire young people to undertake and support education in Polish, as well as to enable them to make contact with the academic environment and get acquainted with the university.
The scope of the competition included, among other things, computer applications, the basics of computer architecture, mobile devices, and elements of programming.

Prizes for the laureates (1st–2nd place) and gifts for all participants were funded by the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Vilnius.
During the competition break, students of the Branch of the University of Białystok in Vilnius presented their artificial intelligence projects, demonstrating practical applications of modern technologies.
