On January 16th, the European Commission Representation in Lithuania and the European Parliament Office in Lithuania organized an event to present internship opportunities within EU institutions.
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to learn:
- how to apply for a paid internship under the Schuman Program at the European Parliament Office in Lithuania and abroad,
- how to complete a paid internship under the "BlueBook" program at the European Commission and its representations in various countries,
- how to secure a paid internship at the Council of the European Union,
- how to undertake a traineeship at the European Commission Representation in Lithuania.
Current and former interns shared their experiences, discussing the registration process as well as their daily responsibilities and work within EU institutions.
