On 14 April, an Open Day was held on the campus of the University of Białystok, during which all faculties and units of the largest university in the Podlaskie region presented their offerings. Hundreds of secondary school students from across the region took the opportunity to get a closer look at the university's academic offer.
Participants were treated to a wide range of attractions — interactive stands, games and quizzes, inspiring lectures, and interdisciplinary escape rooms that allowed visitors to discover the university in a practical and engaging way.
Representatives of the Branch of the University of Białystok in Vilnius also took part in the event, presenting the study programmes on offer and the opportunities that come with studying in an international environment. The Branch's stand drew considerable attention from visitors, who were able to learn more about the degree programmes, student life, and the distinctive experience of studying in Vilnius.
The presence of the Branch was also an occasion to highlight its unique character as the university's only foreign unit. Vilnius was presented as a city that combines a rich history, multiculturalism, and a welcoming environment for study and personal development.
