On 24 March, the University of Białystok Branch in Vilnius hosted a meeting with Tadeusz Bejnarowicz, a graduate of Economics and current CEO of Lintega, UAB.
During the event, Tadeusz Bejnarowicz spoke about his professional experience — from his student years to the present day. He shared his career journey, discussing his successes, the challenges he has faced, and the importance of taking calculated risks in professional development. He encouraged students to take action, try new things, and pursue projects step by step — starting from smaller tasks and gradually moving on to more ambitious undertakings. He also addressed the role of the micro- and macro-environment in business, as well as the importance of conscious management of both day-to-day and strategic decisions.
