The Polish Studies Center of the Vilnius University, the Faculty of Philology of the University of Białystok, the branch of the University of Bialystok in Vilnius, and the Department of Philological and Bibliographic Research at the Łukasz Górnicki Podlasie Library in Białystok organized the International Academic Conference titled "The Role of Contemporary Literature in Shaping the Mutual Perception of Lithuanians and Poles."
The event took place in person on November 7th at Vilnius University, and on November 8th at the branch of the University of Bialystok in Vilnius. The conference brought together researchers and specialists to discuss the role of literature in shaping the mutual perception of the two nations, as well as related educational, linguistic, and cultural issues.
