On November 9th, the annual initiation ceremony for new students of the branch of the University of Bialystok in Vilnius took place in the park. This is one of the most cheerful and unique events awaiting first-year students. The initiation, known as "Otrzęsiny", serves as a symbolic welcome into the university community.
The new students face a variety of fun challenges prepared by their senior peers and then take a specially crafted pledge. Following the initiation, the evening featured the first student party, called "Fuxy", providing an opportunity for further integration and shared fun with more experienced students.
