Dr. Regina Lašakevič, Vice-Dean of the University of Białystok Vilnius Branch, took part in a business trip to Riga from 29 June to 3 July as part of the Erasmus+ programme for higher education staff. The visit took place at the Baltic International Academy and took the form of a training course (STT – Staff Training) for employees of the University of Białystok.
The training trip was part of a project aimed at improving the skills and qualifications necessary in professional work. It was also an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and broaden knowledge in the field of academic and administrative activities. Initiatives of this kind play an important role in the professional development of university staff, enabling them to acquire new competencies and establish international contacts.
