On February 13, the Dean of the Branch of the University of Białystok in Vilnius, Dr. hab. Urszula Wróblewska, Prof. UwB, met with Waldemar Śliżewski, Deputy Mayor of the Šalčininkai District Municipality, and Regina Markiewicz, Head of the District’s Education and Sports Department.
During the meeting, extensive opportunities for cooperation between the university and the municipality were discussed, including both educational initiatives and efforts to support regional development. The discussion covered topics such as student and graduate support, the organization of joint projects, and academic engagement in the local community.
