After years of informal cooperation stemming from, among other things, their proximity and shared educational initiatives, an agreement was signed on 4 March between the Branch of the University of Białystok in Vilnius, represented by Dr hab. Urszula Wróblewska, Prof. UwB, Dean of the Branch, and the Adam Mickiewicz Secondary School in Vilnius, represented by its Principal, Iwona Czerniawska.
The agreement aims to further develop educational and academic cooperation, to organise joint projects, workshops, and practical classes for pupils, and to support the development of their interests. It also opens up opportunities for young people to take part in student research clubs and internships, as well as to promote joint educational and cultural initiatives.
The signing of the document gives formal recognition to years of fruitful cooperation, strengthening the bonds between the academic community and the pupils and teachers of the school, and fostering the passions and competencies of young people in Vilnius.
